New Look - New Year
Carl Galloway and Matthew Groeninger have relased a new theme just for Serendipity v1.1 - I thought I'd try it out. I'm still getting used to some of the new features in the latest version, but I like the new theme. I need to make some tweaks to some of my plugins and perhaps show some more entries by default - overall, I like it! Nice job, guys!
I'm going to my brother and sister-in-laws' place for New Years and I think we're going to spend the night - no sense in driving on 'amature night'. Everyone have a safe New Years - I should have another post up at midnight :)Saturday, December 30. 2006

Please disregard - I'm making sure remote posting via BlogMailr is still working after upgrading.

Post-Upgrade Test Post
I just finished upgrading to Serendipity v1.1 (link) and wanted to make a test post to make sure everything is functional. The upgrade was simple and straight-forward - nice work Serendipity team! (link) I have discovered that all of my images seem to have disappeared from my server - this wil stop those 'hot-linkers'... I'm working on getthing most of them back - GoDaddy wants $150 to restore the directory for me, but I think I will try and locate them on various local copies myself.

New Theme
Serendipity is an awesome blog platform - I just read about a couple of new themes that have been developed for Serendipity, checked them out and installed the 'green' one - I like the look. Great job, Carl!
